Roller + Skate = Fun - October 21, 2010

Not too long ago, Asher got to take his first crack at roller skating. I thought it was high time he got to try it again. Only this time, he wasn't the only one who got to strap on a pair of the wheeled gizmos. Dex, now being officially two years old, is allowed to join the class. Though eager not to be left behind, he was a tad anxious before getting out onto the rink.

 

Just like his brother before him, Dex bravely ventures out onto the rink without Mom. A kind instructor helps him out to the center where the class will begin.

 

Though it's tough, Dex gives it the ol' college... er... I mean, Pre-K try! He shuffles around the rink with help from the instructor, but when left to his own devices, he seems to prefer to take the Ferdinand the Bull approach:

 

He sits quietly under the cork tree watching all the other bulls jump around.
