Downward Facing Dog

Namaste Asher,

I am a fan of yoga. It feels good, keeps you strong and limber, and is a good way to work out the kinks after a good bout of exercise. Your dad always does a few stretches after he comes back from a bike ride.

You decided to join him, and I must say, even though he's been at yoga longer than you, your two-year old body sure flexes a lot easier than dad!
