At last the day has arrived! Now Asher wasn't officially three years old (!!!!) until the 25th, but that was a Wednesday so we decided to celebrate early when everyone was available to come join us! The general frivolity took place in the park near our house.

Asher was pleased to announce to anyone who cared to ask that he was now three years old!

We start by singing the song and blowing out the candle. Then it's time to cut the cake and have some!

 

It even tastes bright! All that work was definitely worth it.

 

Now it's present-opening time. Even though Asher was three years old (!!!!) he could barely contain his excitement!

Alas, all good things must come to an end. And one member of the party is completely pooped!
