Two Years and Counting...

My not-so-little Asher,

I can hardly believe it, but two years have gone by. Two years in which you have gone from a tiny infant to a robust toddler. God has blessed me so richly with you. I am often amazed at how you have changed.


So we decided to have a litte party to celebrate Easter and the completion of your second revolution around the sun. All the family came, but most important (to you anyway) was cousin Jonethan.

We had stew and biscuits for lunch and Orange Dream Cake for dessert.

You and dad also dropped the big surprise on everybody. Dad whispered in your ear what to say, and then you announced, "Big brother!" Come October, you're going to have a sibling!

Then came present time. You had a fabulous time opening all your presents.

But you had an even better time playing with all your new toys!
