Christmas at Sea  - Part 3

Asher "Terror of the High Seas" Dixon,

There's always something fun to do on a "Fun Day at Sea." It soon became apparent that Carnival was determined to make sure there was never a dull moment aboard their cruise.  And as it was Christmas, there was lots of Christmas-oriented activities going on.

We got a good spot next to the stage and stood back to enjoy the ice carving demonstration.

The man doing the carving was very quick.  He had won many Carnival Cruise competitions for speed (and it happened to be his birthday).
You thought all that ice flying around was pretty cool
It took me a minute to figure out what he had carved.  But when he stood up the ice sculpture and turned it around for everyone to see, it was obvious.
We spent the rest of day running around the ship, exploring every nook and cranny.  Tomorrow we would be in Cozumel, heading off to enjoy a day at Playa Mia beach.

Love,
Mom
