Oh Christmas Tree, Oh Christmas Tree

The Christmas season is upon us!  With a venegance. So in order to get more indo the holiday spirit, we decorated our Christmas tree.  In fact, we almost didn't have a Christmas tree this year, which would have been practically illegal, seeing as it's your first Christmas and all.  But I won one at my MOPs meeting, so must of have been meant to be.

You carefully inspected the tree once we got it home.
And while dad put the lights on, you helped me get all the decorations out.  We've decided to start a tradition of having a purple, penguin Christmas tree. All that means is that all the ornaments have to be either purple or penguins.  Luckily, mom has a LOT of penguin ornaments!

You helped with ornaments too.  Though putting them on the tree wasn't half as fun as taking them off!
