New Mexico Arts and Crafts Fair - 2006

Hiya Asher,

It has been a tradition for me to go to Arts and Crafts Fairs with my dad since before I could walk.  I've been going with him to about 3 a year ever since I could remember. And since I've enjoyed it so much, I thought I'd pass that tradition on down to you.

So our first trip to the NM Arts and Crafts Fair started with our arrival.

	You were quite alert and ready to see what new and exciting pieces d'art were available for our perusal.  It was kind of windy, so we mostly kept you in the stroller.
One of the first booths we came upon had beautiful painted eggs of all kinds - chicken, goose, and even ostrich.
One of my favorite things to look at (and buy!) at Arts and Craft shows is pottery. As you grow up, I'm sure you'll notice several pieces I use regularly around the kitchen.
	While we had fun, after awhile you got tired.  There's only so much one can see in an afternoon.
But you were up and at `em before we left.

We'll be doing it again soon as the Christmas season draws near!

Tomorrow will be another big day because we're going to Aunt LiLi's and Uncle Clint's.
